Gormandizing Soldered

And Souvlaki Polymerisation

Don't be fooled by the 'spelling correction' in the second one. My way of spelling it is the British way. Chack out Dictionary.com if you don't believe me.

I'll add pics when I get home.

EDIT: The pics are available on my deviantART page.

Its the truth [FAKE POST]

Im sorry guys its the truth and i have to admit to all my readers. Im coming out about my sexality. I dont think many people that I know read my blog so this is a safe post. Just wanted to get it of my chest. Laters.

Now let us examine this post carefully so you lot know how to spot a fake.
"
Im sorry guys its the truth"
Notice that there should be an apostraphy between the first I and M. I always use correct grammar online.

"i have to admit to all my readers"
Again the I should be a capital.

"I dont think many people that I know read my blog so this is a safe post"
I know that people read w00tworld so I wouldn't think of anything as a safe post.

I know exactly who did this SPORK44 and if you pull something like this again then I'll change the passwords asshole.

On a happier note check out G-Young's deviantART gallery by clicking the link in the links panel.

Tech Support

After being on the net a while and knowing stuff about computers you generally expect to act as tech support for your whole family. I just spent 40 minutes sorting out my ICT teacher's copy of Winamp. Stands to reason.

My Collection

Check this out, my DVD collection.

American Pie
American Pie 2
American Pie: The Wedding
Bubblegum Crash
Rayearth
The Animatrix
The Matrix Revisited (thanks Lucy)
Sonic Underground Vol. 1

OK for a 15 year old isn't it.

I added Evhor's DA page to the links panel. He's a hentai artist but you won't see much of that on this page. He's done some awesome art and I particularly recommend Sad Song.

Oh, btw. Channel 4 is showing Resident Evil on Saturday. Keep the lights on and close the doors as you watch.
Peace y'all

Year of the Apple

With Macworld 2005 in progress in San Francisco as we speak Apple are riding high this early in the year with the Mac mini and iPod Shuffle setting up the company for the long haul this year. With this in mind I decided to celebrate these 2 achievements with 2 phonepapers and 2 avatars.

A Day in a Poker Room

Well I signed up to PokerRoom.com yesterday and installed the software today. It hasn't been a good day for my draws. Endless crap pockets and I had to refill my play money pretty quickly. The learning curve is long and steep but I'll get there. I can see how some people get addicted though.

My Stats for Today

Play Time - 1h 5m 29s
Pots Won - 3
Pots Lost - 34
Hands Played - 37

I'll keep the advanced stats and player lingo out but I'll keep playing at a steady rate. Hopefully I'll start winning pots soon.

What's This? #1, 2 + 3 Answers

Well I've been begged for the answers so here's what the first 3 are along with the clues.

#1
Example

Now first of all look in the top right corner and you will see the Challenge logo so you know the channel. Secondly look in the big black bit at the bottom. You can make out a tube on it. Finally look at the clock in the bottom right. Any fan of the show would have got this straight away. It's The Crystal Maze.

#2
Example

How did you not get this one? Again the Challenge logo and the fact that it's poker was noticed by most. However even when I posted the WPT logo in a wallpaper afterwards no-one noticed the WPT logo top left. It's the World Poker Tour.

#3
Example

Easy. The replay legend bottom left instantly gave it away as Takeshi's Castle.

Don't forget the 4th one, I'll post the answer for that soon.

What's This? #4

Surely you know how it works by now. Spork nailed Takeshi's Castle last time from pic 3 so here's another.

Example

Good luck is all I can say but once again look closely and the clues are there.

Phonepapers

As I'm such a kind giving soul I thought I'd share these wallpapers I made for my phone.

DISCLAIMER!!
For these I took an existing logo or icon and worked it around to fit my phone. I lay no claim to any of the images shown in this post. Enough bullshit about that, on with the papers.

Example
I got the legendary Krypton K from the title screen of the ZX Spectrum game. The round name was added hastily in Paint.

Example
I love the Gamer.tv logo. It fits a geek phone so well too.

Example
Love the WPT and this one was pretty easy. Probably the one I've done most work on though.

ExampleExample
Double Mozilla goodness. Got the images from SFX and added most of the text in Paint.

Example
Tell the world what blog you read!

Example
Yeah I know. At least people will remember my email addy now though.

Example
From the world's most addictive TV channel comes this wallpaper.

These wallpapers were all made for my phone, an NEC c616. They will also work on other NEC phones but other users may have to trim the papers down to work properly on their phones. Before downloading anything check your phone's screen resolution.

What's This? #2+3

Same as before, 2 dodgy photos of TV shows. What are these?

Example

Not hard that one. Now for #3

Example

Again not too hard. If you're a Challenge fan then you can use this cool wallpaper for your phone.

What's This? #1

Kinda a new feature, every now and then I'll take a pic of the telly and I'll ask you what the programme is. So #1, what's this?

Example

Tricky one but the clues are in the pic.
