The more complex exercises that I perform with my feet take on a whole new world of complexity with these boots on. Putting my feet up so they kinda stick to the upright on my bunk bed for example, it doesn't leave much leg straightening room when there's about 3 inches of rubber before my foot actually starts. Dress arrives next week with a bit of luck.
